Product return policy
1. Right of return
1.1. Buyers have the right to return goods in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, in accordance with these rules.
1.2. The buyer may return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, if the goods are not used, damaged or spoiled.
2. Product return conditions
2.1. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged.
2.2. If the product has been used (e.g., the protective packaging has been opened, the material has been tested), it can only be returned if the product has manufacturing defects or was damaged during delivery.
2.3. The buyer must provide evidence (e.g. photos) of the product and its condition at the time of return.
3. The buyer's right to withdraw from the contract
3.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement and return the goods within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, if the goods meet the return conditions.
3.2. A return request can be submitted by email, specifying the order number and the item you wish to return.
4. Product return procedure
4.1. To return a product, the Buyer must fill out the return form, which can be found on our website, and send it to e-mail or submit it on the order page.
4.2 Returns may be made by post or courier as specified in our returns policy.
4.3. The costs of returning the product, except in cases where the product was delivered incorrectly or was damaged, are the responsibility of the Buyer.
5. Return costs
5.1. Return costs are not refundable, except in cases where the product was damaged during delivery or incorrectly delivered.
5.2. If the Buyer decides to use free returns, he must comply with the specific conditions specified on our website.
6. Refund
6.1. After returning the goods, the Buyer will be refunded the money for the goods, but delivery costs will not be refunded.
6.2. Refunds will be made to the same account from which the payment was made, within 14 calendar days of receiving the refund request.
7. Exceptions
7.1. Goods that have been damaged due to the fault of the Buyer or that have been used will not be accepted for return.
7.2. Returns do not apply to hygiene products (e.g. nail polish, skin care products) if they have been opened.
