1. Delivery in Lithuania
1.1. We deliver goods throughout Lithuania.
1.2. Goods are delivered to the address specified at the time of ordering.
1.3. Standard delivery time is from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the selected delivery method.
1.4. The delivery price is calculated based on the weight and volume of the goods. You can see detailed information about the delivery price when placing an order.

2.1. Courier delivery: Goods are delivered by courier directly to your home or office. Delivery is usually within 2-7 business days.

3. Free shipping
3.1. Free shipping applies to orders over 50 EUR, unless otherwise stated in the promotions.
3.2. Free shipping does not apply to certain items unless otherwise stated.
4. Track your order
4.1. After your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number.
4.2. You can track your order using the tracking number on the website of your chosen postal service.
5. Delivery delays and problems
5.1. If delivery is delayed due to the fault of the postal service, we are not responsible for such delays.
5.2. If the shipment is lost or damaged during transportation, please contact our customer service department immediately to resolve the situation.
6. Return of goods
6.1. If the product does not meet your expectations or is damaged, you may return it in accordance with our returns policy (subject to the conditions described in the "Returns" section).
